Stephen Vincent California Crimson 2010

California Crimson 2010

As its name implies, our Crimson has a deep red color. For Crimson, our winemaker blends grapes from the finest growing regions in California with an eye towards achieving a complexity that often can’t be matched by single varietals. Made in the Rhone style, the 2010 Crimson has a rich nose of ripe, dark berries, dark chocolate, and a black tea mineral essence, followed by beautifully earthy ripe plum and blackberry flavors, accented with hints of cassis, and toasty French and American oak.

Stephen Vincent California Chardonnay 2010

California Chardonnay 2010

Our California Chardonnay is a blend of 50% Monterey County Chardonnay and 50% Clarksburg Chardonnay from the Central Valley. 20% of the wine is barrel fermented in French and American Oak to impart the tannins, while 10% is malolactic fermented to give the wine a buttery flavor, and the remaining 70% is stainless steel fermented, which captures the essence of the chardonnay fruit. The nose carries slight hints of cured pipe tobacco and prosciutto with butterscotch and warm green apple carrying over into the mouth to be met by a crisp citrus bite with minerals, tamarind, and fig.

Stephen Vincent California Pinot Noir 2010

California Pinot Noir 2010

This Pinot Noir is produced from grapes selected from two prime vineyard areas in California. The wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast and 50% Pinot Noir from the Central Coast, which produces a well-balanced wine that will satisfy the most discerning palates. This Pinot Noir has a great varietal character – cherry and raspberry notes, soft tannins, and a touch of oak add complexity to this satisfying wine.

Stephen Vincent California Merlot 2010

California Merlot 2010

Our full-bodied Merlot is produced from Central Coast grapes 70% of which come specifically from the Monterey AVA. We use a balance of 95% Merlot to 5% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to achieve bold plum and berry flavors that produce a long finish. A combination of French and American oak adds toasty complexity and just the right amount of soft tannins to enhance the structure of the wine.

Stephen Vincent California Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

California Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

Our Cabernet is produced from a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and 5% Merlot grapes. Its harmonious balance derives from the use of grapes from two distinct regions: 70% of the wine comes from the Central Coast, and 30% is from Monterey County. A complex, spicy, ripe vegetable nose precedes a rich vanilla, boysenberry pie taste with cassis and soft tannins.

Stephen Vincent Lake County Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Lake County Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Coming from Napa Valley's northern neighbor and renowned Sauvignon Blanc growing region, Lake County, these grapes from our Kelseyville vineyard have a rich flavor that works perfectly with the stainless steel fermentation process to create a crisp, delightful wine. Our Sauvignon Blanc is dry, with a refreshingly tangy acidity, showing fig, honey, and melon with hints of Meyer lemon and crisp apple.

Our Zinfandel is a blend of 80% Lodi and 20% North Coast Zinfandel grapes. In the nose you'll find the traditional cinnamon and vanilla-spiced ripe dark raspberry notes, here complimented by a blueberry tartness.
