2013 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc
Produced with grapes grown near Lake Mendocino in Lake County. The abundant sun and cooling effect of lower lake always creates great Sauvignon Blanc. This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and blended in stainless steel from start to finish to preserve crisp citrus and tangy acidity that makes this wine special.
Winemaker Tasting Notes: Intense flavors characteristic of the best Sauvignon Blancs. Fruit with good crisp acidity followed by tropical fruit. Ripe fig, honey, and crisp melon notes precede a layer of lemon, herb, and tangy acidity.
